Saunter With Sanika is a byproduct of my desire to find a new hobby during the Covid-19 lockdown. Granted, starting a travel blog when you can’t leave your room isn’t the smartest decision a person can make, but I think sometimes we all have to jump the gun if we want to pursue our passions.
Travelling has always been my perfect means of escape, but more importantly, has been a stimulus for my creativity. It gives me the perfect opportunity to immerse in a foreign environment that opens my mind to new cultures and unique experiences that enrich my curiosity, while engaging my skills and passion for creative writing and photography.
I cherish such realisations deeply and want to dive into them with people who have made travel their entire personality, but also with anyone searching for travel inspiration.
